This dish is made of a rich and flavorful blend of garlic, olive oil, butter, white wine, lemon juice and succulent shrimp. It contains beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and is an excellent source of selenium and vitamin D.  Saute or grill for less than 15 minutes and ‘voila’, dinner is ready!  Serve over super simple to prepare orzo (or quinoa for our GF friends) alongside a simple green salad.
